|Recommended: YesNice apartment in a convenient location — The building is brand new and has excellent amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothers me is the trash room floor sometimes will be full of garbage since the trash chutes doors are closed.

the only issue I have is that the water from the shower is not hot enough.

Don't miss the chance to be close to everything with a good promotional price.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to be Quarantined — Of all the apartments I've had, this is the best one to be quarantined in It's very luxurious and lots of space - the balcony in particular has been a life-saver I can't get enough of the lighting in this apartment either The staff is also phenomenal - Jose and Rae have been so friendly and helpful throughout
The noise-level is not perfect, but I'm super sensitive. I was expecting sound-proof, but in the living room, I can hear though muted the sounds of multiple construction projects, music playing, doors shutting, etc. Definitely not bad though
Overall, 100 so happy to have made the move I love this place and can't wait until it starts opening up fully
